More and more principals prefer working with one party that can offer complete solutions according to agreed upon specifications, and that has a broad knowledge of and experience with project management, consultancy and information technology.
Projects can be defined as change processes, in which, one way or another, optimization is aimed for. Establishing this optimization, “the business case” will be used as reference framework during the whole project realization so that the results can in this way be measured and at the same time the quality will be addressed.

Starting with the definition of the business case and establishing the limiting conditions in which financials, planning and technical specifications are addressed. And we do this for the whole project; from realization to aftercare and implementation in the organization.
The method Drosthagen uses for establishing a project and the consequent variables is based on Prince II: Projects In Controlled Environments. By applying a uniform procedure, controlling of and informing about the different stages of a project become more or less obvious and makes it possible for Drosthagen to lay down agreements in advance about the quality to be delivered in relation to the financial planning.
